 Welcome to the official site for the Annual Leadership Retreat & Summit for Alpha Lambda Omega Christian Sorority, Inc. We are so excited that you have taken time out to join us on our journey in pursuit to become better and excellent leaders, mentors, sisters, mothers, daughters and women of Christ! We hope and pray that this time is one of spiritual empowerment and sisterhood strength as we come together and seek the Lord for His direction, instruction and revelation of his purpose and will for our lives individually, collectively as the body of Christ, and for the sisterhood as a ministry.  

As He has in the past, we are in expectation of a move of God through the manifestation of His presence and His love in us as sisters and daughters of Christ. We believe that any sister that attends will not only be blessed but strengthened and refocused on who God has called her to be and what God is called her to do!

Alumni Members

Alumni                Although the retreat is not mandatory for alumni members, all sisters are encouraged to attend. Alumni use this time to reconnect with the sisterhood and the ministry of ALO through fellowship and spiritual connection with Christ. The goal of the retreat for the alumni would serve as a place for refueling, refreshing, restoring, and resting as they communion with God, unite with their fellow sisters in Christ, and strengthen the bond and foundation of the ministry.

Undergraduate Members

Undergraduate                        The Leadership Retreat & Summit is MANDATORY for undergraduate chapter members. Undergraduates use this time to get rejuvenated with training and bonding with chapters from around the country.
